Victor Moses agrees Fenarbache move

The Chelsea outcast is on the verge of a loan move away from Chelsea to the Turkish side.

According to reports in Turkey, Victor Moses is set for a medical ahead of a loan move to Fenarbache.

Moses travelled to Turkey on Wednesday evening to finalise his transfer and will be officially unveiled as a Fenerbahce player within the next 48 hours after he undergoes a medical, reported Turkey’s A Spor

The 28-year-old Nigerian international joined Chelsea from Wigan in 2012 and have had to spend times on loans with West-Ham, Stoke City, and Liverpool before he impressed the then Chelsea manager Antonio Conte during the pre-season of the 2016-17 season – and called to the first team squad.

Moses, eminently featured as right-wing-back under Conte, whose preferred formation was 3-4-3, but a switch to 4-3-3 under new manger Maurizio Sarri has pushed him down the pecking order – only featuring for just 26 minutes in the Premier League.

Last year, Sarri casted the future of Victor Moses alongside that of |Danny Drinkwater into doubt – saying they must both improve if they wanted a future at the bclub.

On Moses, the Chelsea manager said, “Moses is more suitable for playing like a wing-back than like a winger or a full-back,”

Fenarbahce will be looking forward to the arrival of the Crystal Palace youth product, as the team have struggled for form this season – picking only three wins in the league.

With 16 games left to play, Fenarbache, who sit 15 in the Turkish Super Lig are two points adrift relegation zone

Meanwhile, Moses won’t be the only Nigerian player jumping the ship this winter transfer, with Super Eagles Captain John Obi Mikel as well on the verge of securing a move back to England with Championship side Boro
